4. Registration and Account Use

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and Malaysian mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided matches your valid identity documents.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify rolek11 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. rolek11 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rolek11 may require identity verification at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or passport. Proof of address — such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months — may also be required. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending wagering requirements and outstanding verifications must be resolved before final balances are released. rolek11 reserves the right to close accounts where Terms violations are identified.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rolek11 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players. These may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in supported assets — including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC) — may also be available. Method availability is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits are denominated in MYR or equivalent. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and promotional conditions. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements and internal processing checks. Standard e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer processing times may vary. rolek11 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending further verification where circumstances require.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated for supported cryptocurrency channels. Exchange rate fluctuations applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are the responsibility of the User.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers made available through rolek11 are subject to specific terms that must be read in full before a bonus is accepted. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

Each welcome bonus or promotional offer is available to eligible new players only, unless otherwise stated.
Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements vary by offer — see individual promotion terms for details.
Minimum deposit thresholds apply. For most standard offers, the minimum qualifying deposit is RM50. The 288% Magnificent offer requires a minimum deposit of RM100.

7. User Conduct

By accessing the Platform, you agree that you will not:
